HavExpo invites exhibitors and visitors to a gala dinner on 10 May.
On May 10, we invite the trade fair participants to a magnificent gala dinner at Quality Hotel Edvard Grieg. Rune Andersen is the presenter, and is in charge of the entertainment together with Espen Beranek Holm. A 4-course dinner will be served and the Welfare Prize 2022 will be awarded.
With as many as 900 participants present, this will be one of the highlights during HavExpo 2022.
4-course menu with wine package
Scallops, horseradish cream, raspberry vinaigrette and rye chips.
Smoked salmon from Svanøy, dill mayonnaise, crudité and herbs from micro green.
Veal, asparagus, mushrooms, forestier potatoes and stone mushrooms.
Crushed pavlova, vanilla cream and berries.
