Who could have imagined that over the next four years we would experience a global lockdown, one of the biggest supply challenges in history, a shortage of goods and components that we took for granted before 2020 - and not least a new war in Europe.
The world has always been changing and the aquaculture and fishing industries have managed to adapt over time. The difference between the last two years and the historical changes is the scale and, not least, the unpredictability.
A changing world presents challenges but also opportunities.
